Briefly describe yourself I am a 36 year old half-native (7/16, American enrolled, 1/16th Canadian unenrolled) woman. Because my father was adopted out of the tribe, I am on a path of self-discovery to get to know more about my native heritage. I currently live in Missouri, but I want to relocate to the Traverse City, Michigan area.

I've identified as bi-sexual my entire adult life and relate very heavily to the Two Spirit identity. I believe I am attracted to the person more than their assigned gender. That being said, I've been feeling extra gay lately and am primarily searching for a female partner at this time.

A longtime advocate and ally for LGBT rights, I've been a part of the culture for most of my adult life, but could probably rightfully be called a "baby gay" myself. ;-)

I've always wanted children and that will never change. Lately, I've been envisioning myself raising kids with another woman, but I'm not 100% sure if that's how things will shake out. For now, I'm trying to focus on enjoying the journey. Although, I tend to be quite focused on destinations and long-term plans.

I've got wanderlust like WHOA. And I would love to spend time traveling to Indian Nations across the country exploring Indigenous lifestyles and spiritual beliefs.

I am a musician and require that my partner have a deeply meaningful relationship with music or art as well. I've tried relationships with non-musicians and it always fizzles. Music is the thread the ties my life together.

Similarly, I am an animal lover to the extreme! If you've been dreaming of having your own "zoo", you might be the right fit for me. I currently own 1-3 cats (long story, transitional shared custody). I love Great Danes (used to have 2). And someday in the near future I want to care for horses and ducks. Animal husbandry in an [non-industrial] agricultural setting or homestead really appeals to me.

I'm also quite the gamer girl, when I have access to gaming systems. I love GTA V, Rocket League, Animal Crossing, and Mario Kart.

With regards to smoking, I RARELY smoke tobacco (but want to learn the spiritual aspect of tobacco). I have a med card and cultivation license in Missouri. I will likely begin growing again once I am settled in Michigan.
Explain why you are here I've mostly dated White Men during my adult life and frequently find myself having to defend my culture and social experience to them. I'm tired of feeling like I have to drag them along while I get to know my heritage.

I want a partner who encourages me to get to know my Nativeness. I want a partner who also desires strong ties to their tribe and culture. I want to find someone who wants Native children and will make an effort to participate in Native spiritual practices.
